How We Ship


We currently only ship orders one of two ways: FedEx, or Freight. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any expedited shipping services at this time.

Let’s talk about FedEx!

When we ship items between 1 and 100 lbs, we use one of two FedEx Services:

FedEx SmartPost
All items under 10 lbs will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost. This is a special service where FedEx takes the package from us and delivers it to your local Post Office, who then delivers it to you. This shipping method can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, so we ask that all customers are patient with us during the shipping period. The tracking number you receive for your shipment will only be able to be tracked via FedEx’s website, until it is accepted by your local Post Office, at which point it can be tracked on either carrier’s website.

FedEx Ground
All items weighing between 10 and 100 lbs will be shipped via FedEx Ground. This is their regular shipping service where the item is picked up from us by FedEx, and delivered to you by FedEx. This shipping method can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, so we ask that all customers are patient with us during this shipping period as well. The tracking number received for this method of shipment will only be able to be tracked through FedEx’s website.


Local PickupDo you live near our warehouse and wish to avoid shipping charges? No problem! Simply choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and the shipping charges will be removed. Please provied us 24hrs advanced notice to get you item ready. Orders can be picked up from our warehouse store, located at:

Our pick up hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 AM until 4 PM, EST.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us immediately. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.

If, after contacting us, we were unable to locate a proper replacement or exchange, or you just want to return the item for a full refund and you have been asked to cover return shipping, please send the item(s) to:

Please remember to send us both of the following:
1) The name of the company you used to return the item
2) The tracking number associated with your return.
*Please do not forget your tracking number, as this is the only way to prove the item was returned and keep you and your money safe!

As soon as the item is back with us, your full refund (minus any shipping charges you may have paid to begin with) will be processed.

If it is decided that we will cover return shipping, we will need your email address, so that we can email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label via FedEx.

Please understand if you do not contact us before you return the item, we will be unable to refund your shipping costs at a later time, as we can only refund the amount you paid for the item and original shipping costs (if applicable), and cannot refund additional funds unless we use PayPal’s “Send Money” function, but please be advised that if we must do this, PayPal will deduct a portion of your refund due to their fees for receiving money.


Lastly, please, give us the opportunity to resolve the issue before you leave any feedback or DSR ratings – If you give us a chance, we’ll make it right – guaranteed!
